The project is within a highly regulated industry and has a remaining programme duration of 12 months.

Role Description:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing both pre- and post-contract commercial activities. You will work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to support project delivery, while also independently handling various commercial responsibilities across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documentation, contracts, and procurement packs.
• Assess, evaluate, and negotiate variations and compensation events.
• Provide accurate and detailed cash flow forecasts.
• Review and validate monthly subcontractor applications for payment.
• Manage monthly client valuations and ensure timely submissions.
• Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role (contracting or consultancy background preferred).
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Willing to undergo Security Clearance (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV), if required.
