Role Description:

As a Trainee or Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a willingness to develop both professionally and academically. You will support the commercial team across a broad range of administrative and commercial tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience while learning industry-standard processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in compiling cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow schedules.
• Support the preparation of reports and commercial documentation.
• Provide assistance with evaluating and agreeing variations and instructions.
• Attend internal and external team meetings as required.
• Perform general commercial administration to support the wider team.
